Are your instruments ISO 13485, CE and FDA compliant?
Yes. Surgical Star operates an ISO 13485 quality management system, offers CE marking under EU MDR 2017/745, and holds US FDA establishment registration. We provide certificates of conformity and material certificates on request.
Can you laser-engrave our logo and use our packaging?
Yes — full private label. We laser-mark your logo and catalog numbers on the instruments and pack them in your branded boxes. We also produce fully custom instruments from your drawings or samples.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Always. We produce a pre-production sample with your branding so you can approve finish, dimensions and marking before we start bulk production. You never order blind.
